At Berman Plastic Surgery, we strive to make your experience as comfortable as possible. From your consultation day, your procedure, and the years that follow, we will be there for you every step of the way.

Your Consultation

Your experience with Berman Plastic Surgery will begin with your personal consultation with our double board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Berman. During this time, you will receive one-on-one time with Dr. Berman, no matter how small your procedure is, to ensure that you are a proper candidate. During this time, Dr. Berman will discuss your unique concerns and goals to begin developing your custom treatment plan. He may utilize Vectra 3D imaging to help you get a better idea of what your results will look like, or Visa Complexion Analysis to assess skin damage before our MedSpa services. Dr. Berman will then go over the details of your treatment and explore every option you have. He will answer all your questions to ensure that you are completely comfortable with your treatment process and understand what your recovery will involve.

The Treatment Process

Nonsurgical treatments will be performed in-office by Dr. Berman or our professional aesthetician. Surgical procedures will always be performed by Dr. Berman in our AAAASF accredited surgical center using state-of-the-art equipment. The proper medication will be administered by our board certified Anesthesiology Doctor to ensure you feel completely comfortable during the surgical process. Be assured, Dr. Berman will use advanced surgical techniques to ensure the safest and most effective surgical outcome possible.

In-House Recovery

For many procedures, you are free to return home for your recovery. However, other procedures may require a stay in our in-house recovery center. Our overnight registered ICU, PACU, or plastic surgical nurse will monitor you after your procedure and keep you completely comfortable. You will receive the proper care and attention you need during this time until Dr. Berman is sure that you are well enough to finish recovering at home.

Once you are dismissed from our recovery center, you will return home with all the necessary instructions to ensure a proper recovery. We understand that your recovery can be a stressful part of your surgery process, but we are here for you every step of the way. If you have any questions throughout your recovery, Dr. Berman encourages patients to contact him.  Check with Dr. Berman, there may even be post-operative instructional videos that he custom made for your specific procedure(s).

Following Up

After your treatment, we require follow-up appointments to ensure that you are healing successfully. With your consent, we will also take post-procedure photos to document your transformation with us. We understand that some procedures are a lifetime commitment, and Dr. Berman values a long-term patient-doctor relationship to ensure results that are long-lasting.
