Plastic Surgeon Dr. Jonathan Ross Berman

Dr. Jonathan Ross Berman is Certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery. This double certification adds an extra dimension to Dr. Berman's specialized care in facial cosmetic surgery, including eyes, ears, nose, cheeks, chin, neck and lips.

Dr. Berman graduated cum laude from Yale University. He attended the State University of New York-Downstate School of Medicine, where he also graduated with honors. Dr. Berman completed his General Surgery internship and Otolaryngology / Head & Neck Surgery residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York, and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at the University of Louisville in Kentucky. His Hand and Microsurgical training was completed at the Kleinert Institute in Louisville.

Away from his practice, Dr. Berman is an avid cyclist and sports enthusiast and enjoys skiing, golf, baseball  and hockey. He cycles regularly 120-150 miles per week.  He participates in cycling Charity events like the MS 150 where he is a club 151 member (top 151 fund raisers for the past two years) and LIVESTRONG, Lance Armstrong's Cancer Charity.  Dr. Berman also plays in many charity golf events to benefit such causes as the American Cancer Society, AIDS, and the IIeitis / Colities Foundation. For relaxation he loves to play the piano.
